Any payment collected through this app is solely for a one-time membership/registration fee to access the informational content within the app.

We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide you with the app experience:

  • Full Name — to personalise your profile
  • Mobile Number — used as your account identifier
  • Date of Birth — to verify you meet the legal drinking age requirement in your region
  • Payment ID — a reference ID from the one-time registration fee transaction (we do not store card or bank details)

We do NOT collect:

  • Your precise or approximate location
  • Device contacts, camera, or microphone data
  • Browsing history outside this app

3. How We Use Your Information

The information you provide is used solely for the following purposes:

  • To create and manage your in-app account
  • To verify legal age compliance before granting access
  • To display your name and profile within the app
  • To maintain a record of your registration payment

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any commercial purpose beyond operating this app.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your account data is securely stored in Google Firebase Realtime Database, which is protected by industry-standard encryption and access controls.

Sensitive information such as your password is stored using hardware-backed encrypted storage on your device (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore) and is never transmitted in plain text.

While we take all reasonable precautions to protect your data, no digital system can guarantee absolute security.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following trusted third-party services to operate the app:

  • Google Firebase — for secure account data storage and app configuration
  • Razorpay — for processing the one-time registration fee only

These services have their own privacy policies and are bound by their respective data protection commitments. We do not share your data with any other third parties, and we do not sell your personal information under any circumstances.

6. Age Restriction

This app is strictly intended for adults of legal drinking age in their country or state of residence (18+ or 21+ depending on local laws).

By registering and using this app, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to be in violation of this requirement.

7. Your Rights & Account Deletion

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data

To delete your account, go to Profile → Delete Account within the app. Upon deletion, your data will be marked as deactivated in our systems. You may contact us to request permanent erasure of all your data.

8. No Sale of Alcohol

GJ Spirits does not facilitate, enable, or process the purchase, sale, or delivery of alcoholic beverages through this application. All product information displayed is for informational and reference purposes only.

We are not responsible for any actions taken by users based on the information provided in this app. Users are advised to comply with all applicable local laws regarding the purchase and consumption of alcohol.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected within the app. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
